6.3. CREATING OBJECTS IN PAINT

USING BRUSHES IN PAINT

You can use brushes to draw diagrams, sketches etc. below is the picture of different types of brushes on the Paint Ribbon.

Below is the different lines that will be obtained using the different types of brushes

Example- Drawing plant leave using the brush tool

To use Brushes you can employ the following strategies:

Step 1

Place your mouse pointer on the Brushtool on the Paint Ribbon as indicated below.

Step 2

Move your mouse pointer to the part of the work space where you want to draw the leave. Then left click (press and hold your left mouse button and drag). Continue dragging until you have drawn the desired leave. Below are illustrations of how to draw a human being using the Brush tool.

6.3.2. USING PENCIL TOOL

To use pencil you can employ the following strategies:

Step 1

Place your mouse pointer on the Pencil tool on the Paint Ribbon as indicated below.

Step 2

Move your mouse pointer to the part of the work space where you want to draw the diagram. Then left click (press and hold your left mouse button and drag). Continue dragging until you have drawn the desired diagram or shape.
