Caps key

The Caps key is situated on the left site of the key board. It is used for creating upper case letters in Microsoft words. Below is the picture of the Caps key.

The keyboard is used for sending data/information into the computer.

THE MOUSE

 The mouse is one second most popular input device, used for sending /inserting data/information into the computer. Its name originates from its shape which resembles the house mice.
 

Parts of the mouse

The mouse has two buttons, called right and left buttons. Each of the button sends a particular command into the computer.

How to operate the mouse

The mouse can be used to manipulate the computer or send data into the computer using the following strategies:

  1. Right click
  2. Left click
  3. Double click
  4. Drag and drop

a. Right click

Right-click means to press the right mouse button.

Left-click means to press the left mouse button

c. Double click

Double-click means to press the left mouse button twice
