INFORMATION AGES

Some of the tools of the Bronze Age were:

1. Bronze cups or utensils- used for carrying water and farm products (Figure 5)

2. Axe heads- used for hunting and cuttingĀ  ( Figure 6)

1.1.3. Iron Age (Hoe And Cutlass)

The next of phase of the Information Age after the Bronze Age is the Iron Age. The start of the Iron Age differs with regions. It started in the Middle East around 1200

1.1.3.1. Tools of the Iron Age

During the Iron Age the early man used iron instead of stones and bronze for the production of tools for defense, house construction, farming, and weapons. Some of the Iron Age tools are Axes, Bows and arrows, Hoes, cutlasses etc. Figure 7 and Figure 8.
