3. Vagina.

The vagina is a fibromuscular tube that extends from the uterus to the outside. The vaginal orifice is partially covered by a membrane called the hymen. The vaginal wall consists of three layers: the inner mucosal layer, a middle muscular layer, and an outer fibrous layer.
